Registration, including the CTP insurance paid with it, stays with the car. Keep your comprehensive insurance active until the car has been collected, then cancel it or move it to your next car. If the car wears personalised or custom plates you want to keep, tell us on the call so you can arrange that with Service SA before the transfer goes through.

Yes. We deal with your lender directly to pay out the loan, then pay you any equity left over. Cars under finance usually take 2 to 3 business days to settle. If you owe more than the car is worth, the difference has to be covered before settlement, and we show you the numbers before you decide.
